4M Acquires LCS Facility Group

4M Building Solutions has acquired LCS Facility Group for an undisclosed sum.
4M’s purchase of the Poughkeepsie, New York-based facility service provider is the second this year for the company and the 28th since its founding in 1978. It’s also 4M’s largest acquisition, which the company credits to a significant growth investment announced in January from Midwestern-based private investment firm O2 Investment Partners.
Per the terms of the deal, LCS will retain its autonomy, existing leadership, name, and brand. Joe Lepore, LCS founder and chairman, will move to an advisory role while his two sons, Daniel Lepore, LCS president, and Domenico Lepore, LCS business development executive, will maintain their current positions and become investors and equity holders in the 4M.
“LCS is a highly respected name in commercial cleaning in New York and out-of-state markets,” said Tim Murch, 4M CEO. “It was essential to 4M to keep the equity in the LCS name and its stellar reputation built over two decades.”
