4M Adds Business Development Director

4M Building Solutions has appointed Tiffany Shepard director of business development for the company’s South Florida region.
Shepard has more than 15 years of experience in business development, sales administration, and strategic planning. In her new role, she will oversee the expansion of 4M’s client base in the South Florida region, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. She will also serve as interim business development director for 4M’s Tampa/St. Petersburg operations.
“We are excited about our continued growth in the Miami metro area and throughout Florida, which 4M entered in 2003,” said Josh Hendricks, 4M executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Tiffany has an expert reputation in generating and capturing new business opportunities and creating sound solutions to problems. She will most definitely contribute to expanding our footprint in Southern Florida.”
