4M Adds Director of Business Development

4M Building Solutions has appointed Cayman Russell director of business development for the company’s operations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Shepard has extensive experience in business development, sales administration, and strategic planning. He joins 4M from Cintas Corp., where he served as a key account manager. In his new role, Shepard will be based in 4M’s Nashville office and will oversee the expansion of the company’s client base in the two states.
