4M Adds Head of Corporate Development

4M Building Solutions has appointed Andrew Rust head of corporate development and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Rust has more than a decade of experience leading mergers and acquisitions. He most recently served as chief financial officer (CFO) and head of M&A for Granite Comfort, a New York-based consolidator of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors.
