4M Expands into Minnesota

4M Building Solutions has acquired Buttweiler Environmental (BWE) for an undisclosed sum.

4M’s purchase of the St. Cloud, Minnesota-based, family-owned commercial cleaning firm expands the company’s presence into the state. Per the terms of the deal, 4M will merge BWE’s EnviroTech and RestoreTech divisions under the 4M Building Solutions name and continue to build on BWE’s client portfolio.

This marks the third acquisition this year for 4M, which the company credits to a significant growth investment announced in January from Midwestern-based private investment firm O2 Investment Partners.
