4M Secures Two New Contracts

4M Building Solutions has picked up contracts for cleaning and janitorial services for two facilities in Missouri.

4M has been awarded a contract for the medical offices of the Olive Street Veterans Affairs (VA) Clinic in St. Louis. The facility provides both primary and specialty healthcare services and is managed by Owen Development Inc. 4M also will handle cleaning and janitorial services for the recently opened Forsyth Pointe, a Class A office building in Clayton managed by US Capital Development. The two facilities comprise a combined 226,000 square feet of cleanable space.
