ABM Acquires Able Services

ABM has acquired Able Services in an all-cash transaction valued at US$830 million.

ABM’s purchase of the family-owned building maintenance provider increases the company’s engineering and technical services offerings and expands its client portfolio. Able Services currently provides facility services to over one billion square feet of real estate across the United States. The transaction is expected to close by the end of September, subject to customary closing conditions.
