ABM Expands Presence in Ireland

ABM has successfully completed its acquisition of Momentum Support.

ABM’s purchase of the Dublin, Ireland-based Momentum Support expands the company’s geographical footprint and customer base in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Terms of the all-cash transaction, which includes the equity interests of the three legal entities which together comprised Momentum Support, were not announced.
