ABM Reports 26% Jump in 2nd-Quarter Revenues

June 9, 2022 ABM Reports 26% Jump in 2nd-Quarter Revenues

ABM reported a fiscal second-quarter revenue of US$1.9 billion, a 26.7% year-over-year increase in sales.

The company reported a quarterly net income of $48.8 million, or $0.73 per share, up 56.9% compared $31.1 million, or $04.46 per share last year. ABM credited the revenue gains to a 27% rise in revenue in its aviation segment and a 18% increase in its technical solutions division.

“Looking forward, ABM is well-positioned for growth in the current economic environment, reflecting the essential nature of the work we do and continued client demand for services that promote healthy buildings, sustainability, and energy efficiency. This belief is supported by $795 million in new sales bookings for the first six months of 2022, an increase of 11% over the prior year period,” said Scott Salmirs, ABM CEO and president.
