ACI Adds Membership Manager

The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) has appointed John Fawkes membership manager.

Fawkes has extensive experience in association membership management and development. His most recent position was membership director with the Household and Commercial Products Association. In his new role with ACI, Fawkes will be responsible for promote member retention, growth, and engagement.

“John comes on board with an impressive background in membership — bringing knowledge and energy to meet ACI’s needs,” says Brian Sansoni, ACI senior vice president of communications, outreach, and membership. “ACI is focused on delivering exemplary service to our member companies while growing the base of innovative companies throughout the cleaning product supply chain membership.”
