Advance Your Career at ISSA Hygieia Network’s Networking and Leadership Conference

ISSA Hygieia Network, an ISSA Charities™ signature program dedicated to the advancement and retention of women in the cleaning industry, is hosting a networking and leadership conference sponsored by Kimberly-Clark Professional on February 23, 1:00 – 6:30 p.m. ET. The in-person event is titled Turning Point: Leveraging Complex Situations to Advance Your Career and will take place at Kimberly-Clark Professional’s headquarters in Roswell, Georgia.
During this conference, a panel of esteemed speakers will discuss the moments in their careers that were pivotal to their success. Attendees will learn how to identify career opportunities, understand the steps needed to lead in complex situations, how to advocate for themselves while supporting a team, and discover skills to gain visibility and recognition.
Speakers include Susan Gambardella, President of Kimberly-Clark Professional North America; Melissa Jacobs, Director of Corporate Accounts at Cintas Corp.; and Karen D. Vingelen, South Central Region Senior Vice President at American Paper and Twine. Dr. Tatum Thomas, Dean of School of Continuing and Professional Studies at DePaul University, will present an engaging career development workshop. Julia Georgoff, Senior Director of Global Wipers Innovation and Category Marketing at Kimberly-Clark Professional, will serve as conference facilitator.
