Allied Universal Acquires Millard Group

Allied Universal, parent company of Allied Universal Janitorial Services, has acquired The Millard Group.

Allied Universal’s purchase of the Lincolnwood, Illinois-based commercial cleaning provider expands the company’s custodial offerings and client base. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
