Allied Universal Purchases G4S
April 7, 2021Allied Universal, parent company of Allied Universal Janitorial Services, has acquired G4S plc.
The purchase of the London-based international security services firm is valued at US$5.2 billion, Facilities Management Journal reports. Allied Universal’s acquisition makes the company North America’s third-largest employer and the seventh largest internationally.
