APIC Opens Registration for Annual Conference
March 8, 2023Registration is now open for APIC 2023 Annual Conference and Exposition, which will be held June 26–28 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Held by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), the three-day event attracts thousands of health care professionals from around the world each year. Infection preventionists from hospitals, surgical centers, and long-term care facilities will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research and scientific advances on subjects such as antimicrobial and diagnostic stewardship, emergency preparedness, implementation science, and research to public health and health policy.
This year’s conference will feature two keynote speakers: Dr. Peter Hotez, dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, who will discuss the science behind global vaccinations, and Lisa Bodell, founder and CEO of FutureThink (an education company), who will discuss using curiosity as a competitive advantage.
