Aqua ChemPacs LLC has been acquired by Solenis, parent company of Diversey.

Per the terms of transaction, Diversey’s existing product portfolio will be enhanced by the addition of Aqua ChemPacs’ line of pre-portioned, concentrated liquid chemical packs. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
