Aramark Adds Global Account Director

Aramark has appointed Rodney Payne to the newly created position of global account director for the company’s United Kingdom segment, Aramark UK.

Payne has more than 35 years of experience in the food service industry. He previously worked with Aramark for 12 years, joining the company in 1999 as national development chef and being elevated to director of operations in 2004, Facilities Management Journal reports. He departed Aramark in 2010 to work for British catering firm Searcys, where he’s spent the past 11 years.

“Rodney is a fantastic addition to our team, and I am really excited to see the impact he will have in his new role. Growing our business is a big focus for the future and Rodney’s wealth of knowledge makes him the perfect candidate for the role,” said Helen Milligan-Smith, Aramark UK managing director. “His years of experience in the industry will help us to develop the relationships we have with our existing clients and build on relationships with future clients.”
