Aramark Reports Rise in 2nd-Quarter Revenue

Aramark has reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of US$3.9 billion, a jump of 37% year-over-year.

For the quarter, Aramark reported an operating income of $142 million, an increase of $137 million compared to the prior year. Aramark’s largest segment, North America food and support services, reported sales of $2.38 billion, a 51% boost over the same time last year while the uniform and career apparel division saw an 10% rise in revenue to $651 million.
