Aramsco Acquires Casey Engineered Maintenance
April 5, 2022Aramsco has acquired Casey Engineered Maintenance Inc.
Aramsco’s purchase of the Foxboro, Massachusetts-based distributor of janitorial and sanitary supplies expands its client portfolio and geographical presence in New England. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
