Atalian to Merge With OCS
March 2, 2023Atalian Global Services has announced that its United Kingdom, Ireland, and Asia operations will merge with OCS Group Ltd.
The merger follows the recent acquisition of OCS Group by private investment firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R). Atalian has confirmed the sale of its regional operations to CD&R, which also includes its specialist automotive division, Aktrion. Per the terms of the deal, Rob Legge, Atalian’s Group CEO, will serve as CEO of the newly formed company. OCS reports it will share further details on the merger in the coming weeks.
