Brady Acquires Millennium Packaging

Brady and Individual FoodService (BradyIFS) have purchased Millennium Packaging.

The acquisitions of San Antonio, Texas-based Millennium Packaging expand BradyIFS’ sales presence and distribution footprint across Texas and the Midwest and provides customers with an expanded portfolio of products and services. Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
