BradyIFS Acquires FPC Distribution

BradyIFS has purchased FPC Distribution for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1953 by Wilson Roe, FPC Distribution is an Elkridge, Maryland-based provider of food service and jansan products and equipment. The company is led by Richard Roe, who assumed leadership from his father in 1982.
“FPC is a great strategic and operational fit with our company,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, BradyIFS CEO and chairman. “We are excited to continue to expand along the east coast, and we look forward to our partnership with Richard and his excellent team.”
