BradyIFS Acquires Hill & Markes

BradyIFS has purchased Hill & Markes Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition expands BradyIFS’ product offerings and geographical presence in Upstate New York and Vermont. With the Hill & Markes addition, BradyIFS’ annual revenues are now forecast to exceed US$1.3 billion.
