BradyIFS Acquires YPV Distribution

BradyIFS has purchased YPV Distribution Inc.
BradyIFS’s acquisition of the Elk Grove Village, Illinois-based distributor expands the company’s presence in the Chicago market and the overall Midwest. Per the terms of the deal, YPV’s current leadership team of John Bouzas, Peter Bouzas, and Vaios Papandreou will continue to oversee the product and services growth of the business. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

This is our third acquisition in the Chicago area, where annual revenues now exceed US$70 million,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, BradyIFS CEO and chairman. “We are excited to continue our aggressive expansion across the United States, and we expect additional opportunities in the Midwest and Eastern United States in 2023.”
