BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions Acquire Sierra Packaging

BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions has acquired Sierra Packaging Inc.
The acquisition of Sierra Packaging, a Tyler, Texas, distributor of jansan products and food service disposables owned by Larry and Christie Johnson, expands BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions’ presence in the East Texas marketplace.
“The acquisition of Sierra enables us to scale a priority geography,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions CEO and chairman. “I look forward to working with Larry, Christie, and the great team they’ve put together. With this partnership, we’ll expand our reach, service, and support across the Texas marketplace.”
