BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions Purchase PFS Sales

BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions has acquired PFS Sales Co. for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of PFS Sales, a Raleigh, North Carolina, distributor of paper products and janitorial supplies founded by Thad Ellington, expands BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions’ presence in the Carolinas and the Southeast.
“Combining forces with BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions enables us to continue to grow our business, better serve our customers, and further invest in and develop our team members,” said Jason Mace, PFS Sales general manager. “The partnership provides the support and resources required to continue our momentum and to take our business to the next level.”
