BRAVO! Adds Director of Client Experience

BRAVO! Group Services Inc. has appointed Patricia McGrainer-Iorio director of client experience and excellence for its C-K Control Temp Inc. (CKCT) division.

McGrainer-Iorio has more than 25 years of experience in the communications, security, and HVAC industries. Prior to joining BRAVO!, she worked as a sales executive for Statewide Conditioning Inc. and before that she was an account manager for Daikin Applied Americas. In her new position with BRAVO!, McGrainer-Iorio will work with CKCT clients to ensure the company delivers the highest level of service.
