Bullen Shifts to Four-Day Work Week
August 29, 2022The Bullen Companies Inc. has transitioned its office staff to a four-day work week as of August 26.
The company’s plant and production facilities have already been on a four, 10-hour day work schedule since 1983. Bullen executives believe the shift will provide a better work/life balance and will allow the company to remain competitive when recruiting new employees. The company’s sales staff will remain on a five-day schedule.
