CFS Brands Purchases AyrKing
January 5, 2021CFS Brands, parent company of San Jamar, has acquired AyrKing.
CFS Brands’ purchase of the Louisville, Kentucky-based manufacturer expands the company’s offerings of food preparation equipment and related accessories. Per the terms of the acquisition, AryKing will operate as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
