CFS Brands Purchases Elite Global Solutions

CFS Brands, parent company of San Jamar, has acquired Elite Global Solutions.

CFS Brands’ purchase of the Foothill Ranch, California-based provider of premium foodservice offerings expands the company’s product portfolio. Per the terms of the acquisition, Elite Global Solutions will operate as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Elite Global Solutions is the established leader in premium melamine products used in the dining areas of restaurants, hotels, foodservice operators, supermarkets, and caterers,” said Trent Freiberg, CFS Brands CEO. “Elite is the perfect complimentary addition to our existing smallwares portfolio and further enhances our ability to offer comprehensive solutions for our customers.
