Cintas Recognized for Attracting Young Talent

Cintas Corp. has received a 2022 Early Talent Award from Handshake, a job placement website geared towards college students and recent graduates.
The second-annual awards program recognizes employers for exceptional early-career programs. Cintas was honored for its Campus Talent Acquisition Team, which partners with Handshake to recruit graduates for the company’s Management Trainee (MT) program.
“Our MT program is one of our strongest assets in our workforce management strategy,” said Max Langenkamp, Cintas senior vice president of human resources. “The program’s strength and renown afford us access to a tremendous candidate pool who are then trained and developed to assume management and leadership positions within our company.
