Cintas Sees 2nd-Quarter Revenue Rise 13%

Cintas Corp. has reported a fiscal second-quarter revenue of US$2.17 billion, a 13.1% increase from last year’s revenue of $1.92 billion in the same time period.
Cintas posted an operating income of $444.9 million compared to $381.2 million in last year’s second quarter. Sales in Cintas’ uniform rental and facility services division, the company’s largest top-line contributor, increased 11.3% while sales in the company’s other divisions rose 15.1% compared to the previous year.
