City Maintenance Supply Acquires Alpha Chemical
May 31, 2022City Maintenance Supply has acquired the assets of Alpha Chemical Supply.
City Maintenance’s purchase of the Naples, Florida distributor expands the company’s client base and product portfolio. According to a press release, Alpha Chemical will continue to do business under its current name and will be folded into City Maintenance’s Neeld Paper and Supplies business segment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
