Colgate Adds UPS CFO to Board

Colgate-Palmolive Co. has elected Brian Newman to the company’s board of directors, effective March 15.

Newman is the current executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) for United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS). Newman has been with UPS since 2019, when he joined the company after more than 26 years with PepsiCo Inc. During his tenure with Pepsi, Newman served in a variety of financial leadership roles, including executive vice president of global operations and chief strategy officer. Newman succeeds Stephen I. Sadove, who will retire from Colgate’s board effective May 10, at the end of his current term.
