Colgate-Palmolive Board Names New Lead Independent Director
January 4, 2023The board of directors of Colgate Palmolive Co. has appointed Lorrie Norrington lead independent director, effective March 1, 2023.
Norrington has been a member of Colgate-Palmolive’s board since 2015 and is a chair of the company’s nominating, governance, and corporate responsibility committee. She is also an operating partner at Lead Edge Capital LLC and previously held senior leadership roles at Intuit Inc. and General Electric Co. Norrington succeeds Stephen I. Sadove, who will remain on the audit and personnel and organization committees of the Colgate board of directors.
