Colgate-Palmolive Names New CIO

Colgate-Palmolive Co. has promoted David Foster to chief information officer (CIO).

Foster has been with Colgate-Palmolive since 1996, working in a variety of technology leadership positions. He most recently served as vice president of global application development. In his new position, Foster will lead the company’s global IT team and spearhead its digital transformation initiatives. He succeeds Mike Crowe, who is retiring after being with Colgate-Palmolive for more than 34 years, the last nine as CIO.
