Compass Acquires British Catering Firm
January 22, 2024Compass Group has agreed to purchase catering and hospitality services provider CH&CO Group Ltd.
The purchase of the United Kingdom-based CH&CO is valued at more than US$603 million, including debt, making it Compass Group’s largest acquisition in Europe to date. According to Facilities Management Journal, the deal includes such CH&CO Group brands as Gather & Gather, Vacherin, and Company of Cooks.
