Compass Group Achieves ISO 9001 Certification

ESFM USA®, the integrated facilities management (IFM) division of Compass Group, recently achieved ISO 9001 certification.

Based on seven principles, ISO 9001 certification is an internationally recognized standard, demonstrating an organization’s commitment to quality management among its performance, processes, and systems. The certification helps ensure customers receive consistent, good services. To retain its certification, ESFM must continue to document and prove its compliance with its quality management procedures annually.
