Diversey Completes Purchase of Shorrock Trichem

Diversey has acquired British distributor Shorrock Trichem for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of the Manchester, England-based distributor of cleaning and infection prevention products expands Diversey’s geographical footprint and customer portfolio in Northwest England. Shorrock Trichem is Diversey’s fifth acquisition in the past 13 months.

The combination of our businesses will allow us to offer a broader range of products, solutions, and services to both our distributors and direct customers.
