Diversey Teams With Specialty Chemical Manufacturer

Diversey has entered into a strategic partnership with specialty chemical provider Solenis.
The agreement calls for Diversey to serve as an international distributor of Solenis’ complete portfolio of water and process treatment chemicals to the food and beverage industry. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
