Diversified Maintenance has purchased Millers Cleaning Services.

Diversified’s acquisition of the Catawissa, Pennsylvania-based commercial cleaning and janitorial firm increases the company’s client portfolio and geographical footprint in central Pennsylvania. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
