Dow Announces Quarterly Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend is payable June 14 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business May 31. This marks the first dividend payout by Dow since the company’s separation from DowDuPont earlier this year. Dow has issued a dividend to its shareholders since 1912.
