Ecolab Acquires Wipes Manufacturing Facility

Ecolab Inc. has expanded its wipes manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of National Wiper Alliance, a wipes manufacturing facility in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
The 500,000-square-foot plant, located in the Ashville, North Carolina, metro region, recently added five new manufacturing lines and under Ecolab’s leadership will continue its contract manufacturing business, producing several disinfecting wipes products. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
