Ecolab Increases Quarterly Dividend 4%

Ecolab Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 4% to US$0.54 per share.
The dividend is payable January 18, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of December 20, 2022. The increase results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of $2.12 per share in 2023 and represents the company’s 30th consecutive annual dividend rate increase. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 86 consecutive years.
“The increased cash dividend reflects Ecolab’s strong financial position, cash flow, and business momentum in 2022 and supports our objective of returning to historical dividend payout ratio levels,” said Christophe Beck, Ecolab chairman and CEO.
