Ecolab Joins Responsible Flushing Alliance

Ecolab Inc. is the latest member of the Responsible Flushing Alliance (RFA).
As a contributing member, Ecolab will work to support the RFA’s widespread consumer education campaign on what not to flush in toilets. Established in 2020, the RFA works with companies in the nonwovens industry; wastewater groups; and nonprofits related to water quality, sanitation, or personal care products on instilling proper flushing habits.
“Ecolab is proud to partner with the Responsible Flushing Alliance to help educate wipes users on their proper disposal. This partnership aligns closely with Ecolab’s purpose to make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier, protecting people and vital resources,” stated Jonathan Fast, Ecolab senior staff scientist.
