Ecolab Suits up For Manchester United

Ecolab Inc. has announced a partnership with the English Premier League’s Manchester United F.C.

The agreement calls for Ecolab to develop and implement hygiene and sustainability solutions for the 119-year-old soccer team. Ecolab will place hand sanitizer stations throughout Old Trafford, the team’s 74,000-seat home stadium in Manchester, England, as well as the club’s expansive 650,000-square-foot training facility in nearby Carrington. Ecolab will also develop a customized textile care solution for Manchester United’s laundry and work with the team’s groundskeeping staff on optimizing irrigation of its soccer fields and external landscaping.
