Envoy Expands in Arizona With Two Acquisitions

Envoy Solutions has purchased Accurate Chemical and GPMI Co. in two separate transactions.

The acquisition of Tempe, Arizona-based Accurate Chemical expands Envoy’s product portfolio of warewashing, housekeeping, laundry, and facility care offerings. Envoy’s purchase of GPMI includes the Gilbert, Arizona, manufacturer’s lines of branded and private label home care, automotive, and disinfecting wipes.
