Envoy Purchases United Packaging

Envoy Solutions has acquired Bristol, Pennsylvania-based United Packaging.

Envoy’s purchase of the janitorial and shipping supply distributor expands its product offerings and the company’s footprint in the northeastern United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
