Envoy Solutions Acquires PJP

Envoy Solutions has acquired Penn Jersey Paper Co. (PJP).

The purchase expands Envoy Solutions’ product offerings and client portfolio along the East Coast. Founded by Thomas R. Furia Sr. in 1963, the family owned and operated PJP currently supports more than 2,000 customers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Virginia. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
