Envoy Solutions and BradyIFS Merger Finalized

Envoy Solutions and BradyIFS have successfully completed the previously announced merger of the two organizations.

The agreement, first announced in August, creates a transformational new organization with nearly US$5 billion in annual revenue and a team of nearly 6,000 associates across 180 locations. Per the terms of the deal, Kenneth D. Sweder, previously BradyIFS chairman and CEO, will serve as chairman and CEO of the combined enterprise.
