Envoy Solutions Continues to Grow Presence in New Jersey

Envoy Solutions has acquired Bio-Shine Inc.

The purchase of the Spotswood, New Jersey, janitorial supply distributor further expands Envoy’s presence in the state. Last month, Envoy acquired Moorestown, New Jersey-based General Chemical & Supply Inc. Financial details of the transaction, Envoy Solutions’ 10th purchase since August 2021, were not disclosed.
